Excerpts from the journal I kept while spending 2 months volunteering in India with American Jewish World Service, as well as post-trip reflections. This blog is currently a work in progress, and when finished, will include pictures, relevant links, explanations, and reflections.

It's me again. I have a PS:
How on earth did you manage to survive all the terrorists there, just looking to blow up any innocent living thing they can get their grubby hands on?
Who is this?
Before you judge, I recommend you open your mind and consider GOING to India, and meeting the people there. I am grateful that I met some of the nicest, wisest people of my life there, who, at this point, considering what I know about you, are more human than you are.
Although your intentions are sincere, your logic is severely flawed. You see, they're from INDIA! What the fuck does anyone know in India?? Their education system is made up of sand and rocks. If that makes you wise in your mind... so be it. I probably couldn't convince you otherwise. As for me, I'll stick to actually learning useful things in America rather than how to slaughter children.
I hate to admit it, but the first anonymous person is right. why go to india when its just dirt and a lot of dirty people. I recommend going to Rome where people are nicer and have standards such as not eating people or praying to Gods that have a elephant as a a head. anyways keep up the blogging, but stop talking about india ill stop reading these blogs
